MyTalkies is built around personal memories, family photos, and familiar voices. We take that seriously.

What we collect

When someone creates a gift, MyTalkies may collect the organizer’s name and email address, the recipient’s name, photos added to the gift, invitation information, and any recorded memories submitted by contributors.

We also collect basic activity information, such as whether an invitation was opened, whether a memory was recorded, and whether a gift was viewed. This helps us understand whether MyTalkies is working properly and where people may be getting stuck.

How we use this information

We use this information to create and deliver the gift, send invitations, save photos and recordings, show gift progress, and help the organizer understand what has been completed.

We may also use feedback and general usage patterns to improve MyTalkies, especially during this early launch period.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell family photos, voice recordings, email addresses, or gift information.

We do not use your memories to create advertising profiles.

Who can see a gift

Gifts are intended to be viewed only by the organizer, invited contributors, and the recipient or people the organizer chooses to share the gift with.

MyTalkies uses private gift links, but anyone with a gift link may be able to open it. Please share gift links only with people you trust.

Photos and recordings

Photos and voice recordings are stored so they can be included in the gift. These memories may be emotional, personal, or private, so please only upload photos and record memories that you have permission to share.

Feedback

If you send feedback through MyTalkies, we may use your comments to improve the product. We may also reply to you directly if your message includes a question or issue.
